From there, I read the room.

Ceremony
Foxhill offers beautiful spaces for the ceremony, from the garden terrace to the Ballroom.
Music for guest arrival, your entrance, signing and ceremony exit can all be planned beforehand and timed carefully on the day.
Drinks Reception
This is where the soundtrack should feel effortless.
Soul.
Funk.
Balearic.
Acoustic edits.
Laid-back house.
Disco.
Or something entirely different that reflects you.
The music doesn't need to demand attention.
It simply helps create the atmosphere.
Wedding Breakfast
During dinner, carefully selected background music keeps everything flowing while leaving plenty of room for conversation.
A wireless microphone can also be provided for speeches where required.
Cocktail Hour
As dinner finishes and everyone settles into the evening, the music starts to change.

Then it's time for the first dance.
The Ballroom
Foxhill's Ballroom becomes the heart of the evening celebration.
With a maximum of around 80 evening guests, it's intimate enough that the dance floor never feels disconnected from the rest of the party.
And that's exactly how I like it.
Once the first dance is finished, I move into a professionally mixed, open-format DJ set built around what's actually happening in the room.
Soul into disco.
Disco into house.
R&B into garage.
Indie into 90s.
Old favourites alongside new music.
Or something completely unexpected.
I'm constantly watching the dance floor — knowing when to stay with something that's working and when it's time to take the room somewhere else.
There is no predetermined sequence.
Your tastes give me the direction. Your guests give me the room.
A Private House Party — Done Properly
Foxhill gives us something that larger venues can't always recreate.
Everyone is together.
By the time the evening begins, guests have spent the whole day eating, drinking, talking and celebrating in the same house.
So when the dance floor opens, there isn't the same separation between the wedding and the party.
It simply becomes the next part of the night.
That's the atmosphere I want to preserve.
No cheesy DJ routines.
No constant microphone work.
No stopping the music unnecessarily.
Just a great room, your favourite people and properly selected music.
DJ x Sax at Foxhill Manor
For couples looking for something extra, DJ x Sax can work brilliantly within the more intimate atmosphere at Foxhill.
Rather than stopping the party for a separate performance, the saxophonist plays alongside me as part of the DJ set.
We get the dance floor moving first.
Then introduce live sax over selected records when the moment feels right.
House, disco, funk, soulful house and Ibiza-inspired tracks work particularly well.
Live sax can also be incorporated earlier in the day during your drinks reception or cocktail hour.
Stylish, Understated Presentation
Foxhill Manor is a five-star property with beautifully considered interiors.
The DJ setup should respect that.
My approach is clean and deliberately understated.
Professional equipment.
Carefully considered lighting.
Minimal clutter.
No enormous lighting rigs or unnecessary equipment competing with the room.
Everything should look appropriate while guests are enjoying dinner and drinks — then create the atmosphere we need when it's time to dance.
