Hyde House is a restored Victorian house and barn just minutes from Stow-on-the-Wold. I'm Alistair Rutherford, and I've performed there — Hyde House is listed on my about page among venues I've already played.
I'm a resident DJ at Soho Farmhouse and The Fox at Oddington. At a house-and-barn wedding like this I keep the daytime music considered, then open the evening properly once everyone is in The Barn.
Evening packages start from £1,150 and all-day from £1,750.

How the day runs
With All-day I look after ceremony music (The Grange or under The Arbour), drinks on the terrace and gardens, background through dinner, a wireless mic for speeches, then the evening set in The Barn. The venue’s own spaces page is clear that The Barn has dedicated areas for band and DJ with guests spilling onto the dance floor — that matches how I set up when I’ve played there.
I bring my own DJ booth, evening sound and programmed lighting, and I confirm supplier details with the Hyde House team for your date.
How late the music runs
My packages finish at midnight. Hyde House’s public site does not publish a music curfew hour I can safely quote. Blog posts mention late dancing in general terms; that is not the same as a licence fact, so I won’t put a 1am claim on the page. If your booking allows a later finish, ask when you enquire and I’ll quote it separately.
